We aim to ship all in-stock items within 48 hours of your order being placed, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Standard delivery is expected to take 3-5 days via Royal Mail.  If for any reason the delivery times change, we’ll notify you via email.

We currently ship to UK based customers only.

If one of our antibacterial products you have ordered is damaged, please let us know within 15 days of purchase at the latest. We’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement. Please quote your name and order number when emailing bactobeauty@gmail.com providing details of the damage, including any photos if applicable.

Once the item has been returned, a refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your credit card or original payment method, or the replacement is sent free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns as a result of any conditions or reactions. We’re always happy to help if you have any questions before and after purchase, and recommend reading the full ingredients list, and how to use information first. 

​We work quickly to prepare and send your order so you can receive it as soon as possible, which means we’re unable to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.

We supply top quality products, backed by our service guarantee. If we don’t think the products are good enough, we won’t supply them.

We care about you and want you to be happy with your purchases. If you’re not satisfied by anything we’ve supplied, get in touch with us and we’ll take care of it.
